Shipping & Returns

The love and drive behind Fox & Fogo is to reduce waste, and to eliminate the ills of fast fashion. In the same vein we are a print-on-demand provider….what does that mean? It means that you order the product, then we make it.

We love the digital world and we love being able to share art through this medium. We aim to tell the stories of these animals and people through the art of our products. We do not believe in the mass production of goods that do not already have a designated home with someone who intentionally ordered them. We work with sustainability-focused print-on-demand partners to manufacture and ship all of the products sold on our site.

THEREFORE: OUR CAPACITY TO ACCOMMODATE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES IS EXTREMELY LIMITED.

As for shipping, we appreciate your patience, we are not Amazon Prime (and we don’t want to be!) When you order your products, they will be made, special for YOU! This will take anywhere from 2-7 business days dependent upon the volume of orders at that time. Once made and packaged, average shipping time is 4 business days dependent upon destination, and could be up to 12 days particularly for international orders. When your items arrive, you can wear and use them with pride knowing they weren’t part of a mass production resulting in incredible amounts of waste headed for landfills. :-) You will be able to track your order.

  • Review your order CAREFULLY before purchasing.

  • Please double check quantities in your cart - if you meant 1, we don’t want you to end up on the hook for 10 ;-)

  • Please double check you have entered your shipping address correctly. We cannot send you free products if you forgot to tell Paypal you moved.


Here is our returns policy and what we can and cannot do:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks (21 days) after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks (21 days) after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on the part of our print provider will be covered at our expense.

IF YOU NOTICE AN ISSUE WITH YOUR PRODUCT(S) THAT IS A MISPRINT/DEFECT/WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT ETC., Please contact us immediately. To be eligible for a refund you MUST include: a detailed description of the issue and photos that demonstrate your claim. We will then file a report with our print provider and provide you with return instructions (if applicable), or an update on reimbursement. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for insufficient claim information.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print partner’s facility you will not be eligible for a refund of any kind and would be responsible for reshipment costs if you’d like to update your shipping address at that time and have your product(s) reshipped. If you choose not to pay for reshipment, your items will be donated to charity - thanks for paying it forward!

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned automatically to our print partner’s facility and will not be eligible for refunds; these items will be donated to charity - thanks for paying it forward!

Traditional Returns/Exchanges - We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or error (including wrong size/doesn’t fit). Please be intentional with your ordering.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

Therefore all rights are reserved to refuse returns.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
