Shipping Policies

Prints

All of our print products come from a trusted print provider. Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation means we have added your order to our production schedule. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Duties & Taxes

Original paintings, paper and canvas as well as wearable art going outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We cannot possibly keep track of each country rules and regulations, so please inform yourself of the taxation and duty, and VAT rules where the artwork will be landing. Fox and Fogo is not responsible for these charges, they are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us at support@foxandfogo.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refund Policies

We always aim to deliver a beautiful quality product. If the production was flawed in any way, please let us know so we can make it right. That said the colour on the screen will not always be 100% reflective of the colour in print, so we do not accept returns for "an orange that is too orange" or if your feet are well beyond a size 12 and they go right through the socks. Message us to inquire and we will see what we can do.
